About: Urgent Community Response / Mid Notts Urgent Community Response Team

(as a relative),

Ali came from the Mid Notts Urgent Response team. She was very professional. She came to see my mum and she's been good with her.

The situation was handled beautifully and she gave my mum a through exam as I was worried she had a chest infection.

I have nothing negative to say.
