"The worst practice you will ever go to!!"

If you’re wanting a practice that won’t listen to your needs and problems, then this is the best doctors to go to!! They’re absolutely useless! I had a serious infection in my caesarean scar (diagnosed by my midwife, who deals with these on a daily basis), the doctor who I saw about this, told me it wasn’t infected but gave my antibiotics anyway. I took my currently 1 year old son to see the doctors 4 times between January and February, because he has had a chesty cough since before Christmas, the first doctor told me he want absolutely fine and there wasn’t anything wrong with him, the second doctor told me that he had croup, gave him a dose of steroids, that didn’t do anything, the third doctor told me that he was absolutely fine, the 4th doctor gave me an inhaler for him, but that there wasn’t anything wrong with him, and that I was wasting their time and appointments, but if there wasn’t anything wrong with him, why would you give me an inhaler? I went again a 5th time, and the doctor who saw me asked me what I wanted, and I replied with “for you to actually do something to help my son”, she then told me that I was wasting appointments and that she would refer me to a respiratory paediatric specialist, that appointment isn’t until September.

My son had his 1 year vaccinations booked in, when I arrive they told me that they weren’t insured to do it because I had changed address, so they not only wasted an appointment but my time, my fuel and my time off of work, when all of that could have been discussed over the phone with me had they even thought to have used some sort of communication with each other.

They are quite literally the worst doctors I have ever been to. How anyone says that they’re the best doctors they have ever been to, I do not know.
