"Performed the surgery efficiently and painlessly"

About: Glasgow Dental Hospital and School / Oral Medicine - Level 4

(as the patient),

I attended the Dental Hospital in Glasgow's Department of Oral Medicine for an Oral Biopsy.

I was taken exactly at the time specified and was attended by two young dentists, one female and one male. Both were very pleasant and friendly and put my at my ease. They explained exactly what was to be done and performed the surgery efficiently and painlessly.

Afterwards they explained clearly instructions for mouth care and for pain relief if necessary and provided a leaflet which repeated what they had said.

I was most impressed by the whole experience.
