My wife's knees flared up and she became bed bound. The family helped but it was taking a toll on them to visit so often. It all got to a bit of a crunch point, which is when UCR stepped in.
They were only around for a few days, but seemed to have started lots of balls rolling for us. I can't thank them enough.
