I would like to thankyou the alternative therapy team for supporting me and helping me to get through the Bone Marrow test, which I was so scared of due to how painful it was previously.
They came to the test, helped me with breathing through the pain, use of essential oils, and a massage after, they talked me through the journey and looked at solutions to reduce my freas, use of music.
Everyone having the bone marrow procedure should be offered it to help manage the pain.
Thankyou so much for your support, it meant so much to me.
