"Outstanding department SDEC"

I was sent to the Same Day Emergency care clinic by my doctor a day ago for various reasons. I was greeted at the desk with the happiest clerk you could ever imagine! She was brilliant from start to finish and just a joy to be greeted by even when feeling quite unwell.

Every member of staff on this department were outstanding and they made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. The doctors and nurses on this department were all so polite and very gentle taking bloods, treatments etc. I cannot thank all of the staff enough for their hard work and getting me the treatment I needed. I hope this review doesn’t go unnoticed and they get praise for what they are doing there every day because they all deserve to hear what a great job they’re doing!
