Anything else?
I recently had a tonsillectomy and was sent to daycase in the King's Treatment Centre for aftercare. All of the staff that I encountered were lovely and helpful. They were extremely reassuring, more than happy to assist me with painkillers and answered any questions that I had (even though I am sure I asked them more than once due to my forgetfulness from the anesthetic). They did all they could to make me feel comfortable and put no pressure on me to leave, allowing me time to feel completely ready before I got sent home. Further, each member of staff was extremely efficient in dealing with each of the patient's needs. Overall, they made my stay in hospital much more pleasant and nowhere near as scary as what I originally anticipated! I would also like to praise the surgeon and anesthetist for how friendly they were too.
"Lovely staff at the Daycase Surgery"
