Following a 111 telephone call on Sunday 7th April I was given a very rapid appointment to attend emergency care at 1pm

I was seen within 20 minutes having registered with the extremely efficient and caring staff at reception.

My examination and preliminary diagnosis' was carried out by the medical practitioner on duty at the time who again was very professional and very very reassuring.

I attended with my wife who is a medical doctor (retired) and to say we were very impressed would be an understatement.

First class care received leaving us feeling that we were privileged to have been referred to North Tees Hospital.
