(as a relative),

My Dad came home fitted with a catheter.

We had no idea how to empty this and was not shown how to.

A lovely man named Tony from the Mid Notts urgent community response team.

He sorted my Dad out reassured him and was very respectful.

I cannot thank Tony enough for his kindness in what was a stressful time.

Pure gold and excellent at his job.
