"The service has helped me a lot and the team are very helpful"

I have been attending Inclusion for 5 years, my issue is alcohol, I struggle with this, I have moments of sobriety and then fall off the wagon, I have long history of this and relapse is part of my story. I feel the service has helped me a lot and the team are very helpful and caring.

The groups are informative and user friendly and I have learnt a great deal from this. I also suffer from depression which I have had for 20 year, I think going forward, help with finding work through the service is what I need.

Structure and a sense of purpose, it is difficult knowing where to look or even where to begin.

Boredom and loneliness also make life challenging.
