"Experience was as pleasant as it could be"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

(as a service user),

I had a second appointment today and was not sure what was to happen. It turned out to be a biopsy on my tongue which I knew was a possibility. Anyway, it was it was done in a very friendly and warm environment. The first appointment had been similarly conducted. I came out with stitches in the top of my tongue. However the experience was as pleasant as it could be and a testament to the care that Nigel, Julie and Sarah and the lady on the desk offered on both occasions.

I just want to say thank you to them for the care and attention. It was probably routine to them.
