We met Tina today and she took a full history of my son’s issues and engaged with him directly which made him feel part of the discussion.

Generally he feels like he’s present and talked about when meeting health care professionals so I thought Tina’s approach was excellent.

I felt Tina really listened and took on board my concerns, especially about how his issue has affected his mental health, which no one else has ever bothered to consider.

We were provided with a contact number to seek advice for his mental wellbeing as well as guidance on moving forward with bladder retraining. We both came away feeling listened to, positive and supported.
