(as a service user),

Nothing out of the ordinary- my implant was due to expire so I had the current one removed and replaced with a new one.

The Receptionist and Practitioner I saw were amazing and I couldn’t fault the service and procedure.

I was welcomed with a smile and my procedure went through without a hitch. I felt at ease throughout my experience.

10/10! Thank you
