About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Children’s Outpatient dept

(as a parent/guardian),

I recently attended an outpatient appointment with my daughter at Daisy Hill.

We were met by Helen a staff nurse who took my child’s height, weight and BP, Helen was so friendly, caring, she put my daughter at ease and had a lovely way with her.

We then met Dr Chakrabarty who was very understanding, pleasant and helpful. I could not fault anything with the appointment. Please pass on my thanks.

I am delighted to read about the positive experience both you and your daughter experienced. It is so good to hear that our staff put your daughter at ease, where understanding and helpful. That is something that our team strive to do with all children and their families, when in our care.

Both nursing and medical teams embrace such positive comments and I will share your feedback with both Helen and Dr Chakrabarty.
