"Emergency operation"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as the patient),

I was referred to Urgent Care at Forth Valley after a scan.

I was very well looked after and was told I needed an emergency operation.

It was a shock to have everything happen so quickly but all the staff at Urgent Care were so kind and explained everything well so I was reassured.

My operation was successful and my thanks go to all in Urgent Care and in Forth Valley Operating Theatre.

Dear Gillaine24

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Urgent Care Centre. It would have been such a shock for you to find out you needed an emergency operation and I am so pleased to hear that the staff were supportive and kind during this time.

I am so glad that everything went well and wish you all the best in your recovery. I will share your story with staff and know that they will be really appreciative of you kind words.

Many thanks and best wishes

Caroline
