About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Out Patients Department

(as a service user),

I had to get a blood sample taken recently, which in the past has been somewhat painful, but thanks to the nurse, Marguerite, and her professional manner she made it seem very easy.

In the past I have had nurses and doctors take several goes to get blood from me which has at times been quite painful but not today, thanks to Marguerite.
