"The staff are attentive and always willing to help"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Stroke Medicine

(as a service user),

I was getting ready when I realised I was not feeling well, I fell on the floor and shouted for my Grandson to help . He called an ambulance and I went to The Royal in Edinburgh with a stroke.

Every part of my care has been amazing from the paramedics up.

I eventually landed in Letham Ward, where the care has been outstanding. The Physiotherapy has been wonderful and the Occupational Therapy is marvellous. It is a really good ward and the staff are attentive and always willing to help. Thank you to everyone who has helped myself with my recovery.
