"Caring, respectful, genuine and lovely manner of a student nurse"

About: Outpatients Department / Clinic 4 - Diabetic,Neurology,ENT

(as a service user),

I wanted to highlight the caring, respectful, genuine and just lovely manner of a student nurse called Liam in Clinic 4 at Altnagelvin Area Hospital. Refreshing to see such a positive approach to everyone. Reassuring to see this calibre of student nurses coming through the system, especially under such stressful conditions.

Hi Johannah, thank you very much for taking the time and highlighting the great work of our student nurse. It is fantastic to hear that our future nurses are doing so well and making an impact on positive patient care. I will liaise with university of ulster and pass the message on that Liam is doing so well.

It is extremely pleasing to hear that you have had such a positive experience when attending the department. Liam has been an exceptional student and it is no surprise that his demeanor and professional manner was exemplary.
