After a lot of confusions about time dates my wife was admitted to have a hysterectomy and was operated that morning. She was sent home the next day with no after care treatment, no medications, no instructions regarding exercise.

I had to go to  several chemists with the prescription as some did not have what I needed. Not impressed at all with service provided.

Good Morning,

I am so sorry to hear of your experience and this is definitely not the level of care I would want us to deliver. Our usual practice would be to supply medications from our hospital pharmacy, and for all of our patients to be given post operative advice to support their safe discharge.

In order to assist me with improving our service for our patients in the future please could you contact me so that I can learn more from you and your wife about your experiences.

I am back in work 11th and 12th.
