"A big hug."

My mum has been in this home for a year and a half. From the second she was placed there she's had constant care from every member of staff. She was very depressed when my dad died and lost a lot of weight. She's now gained the weight she lost and looks so much healthier. Mum's made friends there and no longer feels alone. Its a very home from home approach, the food is cooked fresh on the premises too (it's very good). I wouldn't want mum to be anywhere else, the team there are kind, caring and attentive, we love them.
