"They made me feel heard and validated"

About: Maternity care (wards 68, 72 &73) / Early Pregnancy Assessment Service

(as the patient),

Called Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit (EPAU) a couple times about bleeding in pregnancy.

I was met with the most kind and supportive women who offered sympathy, care, compassion and information in my darkest time.

I can't thank them enough, they made me feel heard and validated in early pregnancy loss.

Hi October21,

Thank you for sharing your feedback to the staff in EPAS, especially during such a painful time. Loss, in all its forms can be so difficult. I hope you are receiving the support you need to heal. I will pass on your gratitude.

Best wishes

Tracy Orr

Lead midwife
