Nothing but trouble from Castle Place. Some reception staff have been extremely rude to me and unhelpful. Some practice nurses I have seen seemed to be pretty clueless. Some GPs have seemed arrogant, rude and condescending towards me.
I seem to be lucky to be able to get an appointment here, most correspondence is via eConsult with communication feeling sarky and rude.
