The whole staff team made us feel listened to. They really care. It's not just a job for them. Mum was made welcome. She had physio, ot, social work, and Kate the sister and her team of nurses are fantastic. An absolutely fabulous service. Enabling mum to be back on her feet, giving her some independence after several falls. I for one am truly grateful.
