"The wonderful service I received from NHS Scotland"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Surgical Skin Team

(as a service user),

I went in for a minor operation to remove a cyst in the Ambulatory Care Unit of Forth Valley Hospital in Larbert Scotland; Kirsty, Laura and ST/N Nicole were very professional in how they conducted their duties and how they provided a very caring service. Every detail was communicated clearly, efficiently and in a timely manner.  I went in early and was expecting to wait a while but I was seen early and everything was done in the most efficient way.

Thank you to Kirsty/Laura and St/N Nicole and to NHS Scotland.
