I urgently needed my antidepressants, that my chemist, had messed up. I was advised to ring 111 to see if they could help me. The young lady listened to me and contacted local chemists to find one that had the correct drugs for me. Eventually the lady came back on the phone to me and said that my normal chemist did have my drugs after all.
I had a great Easter thanks to the lovely lady on 111 and I can now have my brain surgery.
