About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Surgical Skin Team General practices in Forth Valley

(as a service user),

I went to my GP who saw the problem growth on my back and decided to take a photograph.

She sent it on to the dermatologist to make an appointment.

The hospital phoned back in less than a week offering an appointment the next day with the dermatologist. 

I attended my appointment, he inspected and decided a further appointment to treat the problem.

They checked the computer for an appointment mid afternoon that day.

I attended that afternoon and was treated by David , Laura and Ben .

I can't thank NHS Scotland or the excellent staff enough for the care and kindness shown from my GP, Dermatologist and all the excellent treatment staff. Thank you for the excellent service that you provide day in day out 365 days a year.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know of your Dermatology experience.

It is fantastic to hear that every link in the chain seems to have done it's job from beginning to end. It is what we strive to achieve every day and it is gratifying when it all works as it should.

Hopefully everything is going as planned and you are well on the way to healing now.
