About: Altnagelvin Area Hospital / General Surgery District Nursing / Omagh

(as the patient),

I had surgery at Altnagelvin hospital and since being discharged I've had the enablement team and district nurses and carers coming out to see me. I've had an excellent service from all the carers. They've been so caring and kind.

The surgery was to have part of my bowel removed and they also found an abscess below which had to be lanced. I had dressings on which the nurses have been looking after and re-dressing. they came out the very next day. I've had an excellent service, very pleased. I wanted to thank them.
