(as a service user),

I just wanted to express how grateful I am for all the care I received from the Community Occupational Therapist, Gillin.

I was happy with everything they did and was amazed about all the care. The exercises made my life easier, and I was really happy with the care received. It was beneficial to receive from the communication occupation therapist.

I received a letter advising that I would no longer need to seeing an Occupation Therapist, but it would be great to hear from the team and explore other options and information on further services, like massage, etc.

Would there be anything else available for me?

I am really pleased to learn that the care that you have received from our Community Occupational Therapy service has been so good and that Gillian has ensured that your needs have been met and that you are now managing these activities much better and that Gillian's involvement has greatly improved things for you.

The Community OT service exists to try to support people to be as safe and independent with activities of daily living, so positive feedback like yours gives us great reassurance that we are delivering the kind of service that the people of Fife need and value and I will make sure that your kind words and compliments are passed onto Gillian. Your words of appreciation will I am sure help to make her day. So, thank you for taking the time to give that feedback. It is really appreciated.

Unfortunately massage is not a service that we can provide and I do not know of any public service that is able to offer this, and it would I believe be something which you would have to arrange privately.
