I had treatment at the beginning of April 2024 at Cannock Hospital, Hollybush Ward I have got to say how impressed I was with both the standard of care and the treatment itself, Mr Simons and his team in theatre were totally professional and I had a block anaesthetic so was able to observe just how accurate and highly skilled they all are.
And what about the ground force staff on the ward itself, well they are second to none in my opinion.
Especially Nurse Becky who went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and reassured that all was going well, HCA Tracey was also really attentive making me tea and a lovely smile whilst passing, and it wasn’t just me they were really professional with all the other patients on the wards.
Every single one of the staff I encountered have inspired me give this review, thank you all ( I do hope we don’t meet again soon) I mean that in a good way x
