I ws called to RBH for an echocardiogram. I was very uptight because my last visit was a call to come to my husband dying of covid & I found it difficult to face the hospital again.
However, I was booked in quickly, my appointment was on time, I explained I might be in tears but Amy was reassuring, very competent and I came out feeling far less stressed ,
In the past 10 years I have had to go to RBH for breast cancer, & then with my husband & finally to sit with him on the covid ward.
Every time I have been treated with great kindness & have been impressed by the devotion of all the staff both for treatment & to my family when in great distress.
