"Fantastic care "

About: The Royal Victoria Infirmary

I was a patient between the A&E ward, Assessment Ward and Ward 42 over a 2 day period at the beginning of April 2024. The care between all 3 wards and departments was amazing. The staff were so caring and reassuring, particularly as I was so poorly when I was initially admitted.

I truly couldn’t fault the care, attention and reassurance as I needed a lot of assistance when I first went in but not once was I made to feel a nuisance. I hope my thanks can be passed on to them
