(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter was in for a tonsillectomy. All staff from arriving until we left were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was ever a bother, was always kept informed and updated. Special thanks to Deana, who went above and beyond to make sure everything for both my daughter and myself were ok.

I am delighted to read that your daughter and yourself found the experience within children's ward both caring and supportive at what is often a stressful time.

It is particularly lovely to hear that your experience of the staff was good and in particular your nurse, Deana, who you felt went over and above caring for you both. She will be very pleased to hear your comments, which I will happily feedback to her myself.
