"All the staff were lovely"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Cancer Services

(as the patient),

A very friendly atmosphere, staff are very pleasant, friendly and caring.

The ward was not overcrowded nor were you distracted by other patients. Nothing could have improved the situation, I felt reassured and there was excellent communication.

All the staff were lovely, I don't think anything could have made a frightening, emotional situation better.

Dear Lorongbuda.70,

I am so pleased to see that you felt supported during a very difficult and emotional time for you. The uncertainty that cancer can bring is hard to work through and I am pleased that you felt reassured due to the excellent communication.

The team pride themselves on making this time as supportive and informative as possible. They aim to elevate some of the unknowns, which are can play on patients' minds.

The team are there for you right through your journey and beyond, so please ensure you grab every opportunity that you feel would support you.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this wonderful feedback.

My very best wishes to you.

Lisa Beasant
