"I cannot say enough about the kindness and care I received"

About: Ninewells Hospital / Accident & Emergency Ninewells Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as a service user),

I recently broke and dislocated my ankle. From the ambulance right through my journey to A&E, Ward 17, theatres, Ward 18 to home, I cannot say enough about the kindness and care I received. The ambulance staff, nursing staff, medical staff and everyone else behind the scenes couldn't  have been any nicer. Yes I can see some improvements needed but it’s with the furniture and decor not the care that is provided. They all do a fantastic job in the busiest of times.
