About: Ottery St Mary Hospital

(as the patient),

The only problem was that I don’t know quite when the letter was posted but the letter arrived the day after I had the appointment, fortunately I had made the appointment on the telephone so I was able to attend. Other than that it was absolutely fine, the hospital had just wasted time and money on sending out materials.

I would also like to mention that they send letters via large print which means there’s a lot of pages sent when I have a device to help me read the letters-I have informed the hospital of this but I am not sure the message has been received.

This said, the treatment from them one was totally A1!
