About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Occupational Therapy

(as the patient),

I have arthritis and hypermobility and have been under occupational therapy with Trace at Treliske hospital, she has been amazing in helping me to the best she can trying new ways to help my lifestyle and always a pleasure to go and see! I always go out of the hospital feeling like I’ve been in good hands and she’s going to help me with a knee brace that suits my lifestyle and will make me feel more comfortable with my arthritis. 

I cannot thank Trace enough for all her support and care she has given me and she is an amazing listener even with things that might be out of conversation. That I’ve just needed to speak to someone about. 

Thank you for all you do Trace!

Thank you so much for taking the time to tell us about your positive experience of seeing the Rheumatology Occupational Therapist. I am so glad to hear that you have received such good care and support. I am the Governance Lead for Therapies and I have shared your kind words with the OT as well as her managers. I know that they will all be very encouraged to hear this feedback. It makes such a difference when the staff receive compliments!
