"Couldn't get a straight answer"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a service user),

My mum was on this ward and the experience was terrible.  I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone, as to her care and possible rehabilitation.

Every time I visited she was laying in bed asleep. I thought, she could do this at home.  They didn't seem to be getting better at all.
