"Not there to help in a crisis"

About: Florence Street Clinic

(as a service user),

Awful service from Florence Street Resource Centre (Glasgow). Found the crisis team incredibly patronising and not there to help in a crisis, you have to wait hours for a call back just to be hung up on. Terrible attitude from some of the nurses and staff members.
