(as the patient),

I was getting fitted for an IUD and I felt comfortable and grounded. I felt much more comfortable with my mother in the same room and I liked that the lady (Liz) kept the conversation grounded and real.

It did hurt in the moment but only for like a minute, but Liz kept me calm and said I was doing an amazing job. I felt sick and nervous on the way to the clinic but the people taking care of me made me feel calm and collected and not rushed at all.
