"Cancerous growth removed from face"

(as the patient),

Dr Naysmith removed a cancerous growth from my nose and took a skin graft from my cheek. She was excellent, so professional and patient. I am in my 80's, she explained everything clearly and listened to my concerns. She put me totally at ease and I had no pain whatsoever. She even organised a nurse to walk me out to the car park where my daughter was waiting. I can’t thank her enough. Natalia the nurse took my stitches out, she was so gentle and caring, kept talking to me and reassuring me at the time, she was so professional but caring, I can’t thank them both enough, they were amazing.
