The staff here are wonderful - friendly, professional and caring. However, getting an appointment is a bit of a feat. Next to impossible if you need to see a doctor the same day. A very long wait if you need a routine appointment. Online appointments are like gold dust and the phone line would be better if there was a queuing system rather than an engaged tone requiring constant redial.
