My husband spent many hours over a period of a week in the Urgent Care Center in Forth Valley Royal Hospital. We would like to extend our gratitude to the staff who helped us through this difficult time. The care and attention received could not be faulted as our fears were allayed by their high standards of care. Careful explanation of investigations, results and diagnosis, anticipating our needs then and for the future made the situation more bearable. Staff were kind compassionate and professional. The calm atmosphere created in a very busy department instilled confidence in their ability and dedication to their profession. Thank you for being such a committed team  - Vanessa, Lauren, Kimberly, Fiona & Sarah who got us through a very long and stressful day, plus Pauline, Lucy and Stuart.
