"A positive experience from start to finish"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Cardiology (Ward 4) University Hospital Wishaw / Medical Diabetics (Ward 6)

(as the patient),

I had an excellent experience during my short spell in the hospital. I was  there for 9 days with a chest infection  I couldn't  have received better care from all staff in the short time I was in wards 6 and 4,  they could not have treated me any better.

The wards were spotless and the staff could not do enough for the patients they were looking after nothing was a problem to them.

Professor Patel brightened up your day when he came on the scene with his smiling cheery face .

Thanks to all the staff who made my stay at Wishaw General hospital a pleasant stay. Thank you once again.

Dear Old John 77,

Thank you for sharing your experience of University Hospital Wishaw, Medical Diabetics and Cardiology departments.

I am sorry to hear that you had a chest infection and needed to stay in hospital for 9 days. It must have been a worrying time for you. I am pleased to hear that you had excellent care from the teams and nothing was too much hassle for them. It sounds like they really show person centred care.

I look forward to passing your kind words to the teams who I am sure will be delighted to hear your positive feedback and get a real boost from it.

I hope you are feeling better now.

Kind Regards,

Jenni
