About: Ealing Hospital

A shout out to all the staff on the Gastrology ward (7 south) at Ealing Hospital. My brother is currently an inpatient there and the staff have gone above and beyond to provide excellent care. What stands out is the kindness they have extended not only to him but to us as a family. Every single member of staff is under tremendous pressure taking care of so many patients with multiple medical needs. But this has not stopped them from seeing patients as their main priority. Deeply grateful for what you have done for my brother. Thank you.

Dear Service User,

Thank you for your positive feedback in regards to your brothers current stay on the ward 7 South. I hope that he is recovering well on the ward.

It was really nice to read that all the staff are not only treating your brother with upmost care and compassion, but also that this is transferring over to how they treat yourself and other family members.

I have made sure to share with the ward team and have also asked them to share with the wider team as it is important for the great work not to go unnoticed.

I wish your brother a speedy recovery and thank you again for taking the time to leave your kind words.
