"Very kind and understanding"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Audiological medicine

(as the patient),

I saw Liz from audiology last year on several occasions she was very kind and understanding of my issues and explained everything so I could understand my treatment, so after a few months my tinnitus is much improved and I know if I need further help in the future she will get there to help me once again. I am forever grateful for help.
