(as a parent/guardian),

I recently had to take my 2-year-old to out of hours. They were incredibly busy and ran very late. We waited nearly 2 hours longer but the person we saw was amazing. I’m not sure if she was a doctor or a nurse but she was so good with my son & sorted him out with some antibiotics. She was supposed to finish her 12-hour shift at 11pm but was still there at 2am to try and help as many people as she could. Very grateful for all her help! Wish I got her name so I could write a proper thankyou!

thanks for posting your feedback about your experience and especially about one of our valuable clinicians in the out of hours service. I am so sorry you had to wait so long to be seen, as this is unusual, but thank you for your patience and understanding and unfortunately, we were particularly busy on the Easter weekend.

I hope your son is getting better now that he has the right treatment. Thanks again for your kind words, I shall make sure I send your feedback to the team for sharing as this will give them a welcome boost!
