About: Victoria Hospital / General Surgery Victoria Hospital / Surgical High Dependency

(as a service user),

My gran was admitted to ward 52 at Victoria Hospital while awaiting a major surgery after which she spent some time in Surgical High Dependency Unit, then she was taken back up to 52.

All I can say is that all of the staff who took part in her care were outstanding. Especially those in ward 52 where she spent roughly 4 weeks of her stay. 

My gran wanted to give special thanks to Caroline in 52 as she truly went above and beyond to care for her. She cannot thank her enough for all she done during her stay.
