Kat and Gary were my amazing ambulance crew who were the best duo to have, they were both so reassuring, compassionate, kind and above all made me feel at ease, to be in such a vulnerable state I felt completely taken care of, having never needed an ambulance before they made this experience a lot less worrying. They were so down to earth and kept me comfortable every step of the journey. I couldn't thank them enough for taking care of me. Once in the hospital they both came back to check how I was, they are an asset to NHS fife and I will forever be grateful for their compassion.
