When I finally got in to see the triage nurse, he asked me what was wrong and I explained that I had injured my shoulder. I had limited movement, swelling, pins and needles up my arm and chest pain. He did not even ask to look at my shoulder or lift my arm to see range of movement. He just said it sounds like a sprain and to take ibuprofen. If I thought that would work then I would do that and wouldn’t waste my time in urgent care. The pain was excruciating. Disappointing. If he had even looked at it and then said that, I might understand but he didn’t do anything.
