About: Mental Health Services / Perinatal Mental Health Team

(as a service user),

I would just like to write to say what excellent care I have received from the NHS Lanarkshire perinatal team.

I struggled severely with my mental health after the birth of my first child. This is now my second child and my experience has been so wonderfully improved by the support of the perinatal team.

The finding me group has been particularly supportive and helped me to improve my mental health significantly. 

I have been very well supported throughout this postpartum period by my CPN, psychologist and my GP.
